THE STORY

Created from years of experimentation

Brewed at Baynhams Brewery in the heart of the New Forest by Harry, Tom and Lawrence Baynham, Chorus was born from a simple idea: a beer worth sharing. A beer you’d be proud to open at any table, for any reason to raise a glass.

After years of experimenting, innovating, and perfecting, the first Fine English Sparkling Beer was born. Pioneering, award-winning, and unlike anything before it.

Share something extraordinary. Raise a glass together and join the Chorus.

Tasting notes

Nose

Orchard Fruit

Bright apple, lifted by fine bubbles and a soft, biscuity toastiness behind.

Palate

Breadth, Bubbles

Layered and rounded, with blackcurrant and apple lifted by persistent bubbles and a soft biscuity note beneath — all the character of a fine sparkling wine.

Finish

Long, Dancing

Complex and refreshingly fresh, with bright fruit and a delicate biscuity finish that lingers on the palate.

THE TASTING · THE PIG HOTEL, BROCKENHURST

“Incredibly generous. Brilliantly complex.”

“It resonates very much with putting your nose in a glass of sparkling wine, but you’re still getting that true identity of it being a beer as well. Very, very unique.”

JACK EVANS, HEAD SOMMELIER

NOSE

"It's like putting your nose in an orchard, really, really apple-centric, with this lovely toastiness as well."

PALATE

"You feel that breadth on the palate. You don't get that with many beers, a bit more rounded, a bit richer."

FINISH

"The finish is long. Very, very complex indeed, really fresh as well. The finish just dances on the palate."

Incredibly generous and brilliantly complex.
It’s a beer lover’s and a wine lover’s beer.
